I used to feel like I'd swallowed a balloon by 3pm every single day. Started FLORA about a month ago and the post-lunch bloating has genuinely reduced. One capsule in the morning with water. Not overnight magic, but by week two my jeans weren't cutting into me by evening. Really happy I tried it.
I've done Yakult, I've done Enterogermina, I've done random probiotic capsules from the chemist. None of them, did anything I could actually feel. FLORA is the first one where my digestion feels different — less heaviness, more regular. I read that the spore-forming strain survives stomach acid and honestly, whatever the reason, it's working for me.
Definitely less bloated, that part is clear. I was also hoping for the 'gut-brain' better-mood thing everyone talks about and I can't honestly say I feel that yet. But for bloating alone it's worth it for me. Will keep taking and see.
First 2 weeks I was ready to write it off — nothing dramatic. But by week three my stomach stopped feeling so unpredictable; I used to never know if a meal would wreck me. It's calmer now. 4 stars only because it took patience and I wish that was communicated better upfront.
I travel for work constntly and my stomach basically shuts down for the first 3 days in a new place — irregular, bloated, uncomfortable. Started carrying FLORA and the difference is real. I stay regular even on the road now. This one lives in my travel kit permanently.
