What “bonded” means
Cheap glycinate is magnesium powder mixed with glycine. In UNWIND the magnesium is bonded to glycine, so it holds together in your stomach instead of falling apart. We sent it to an NABL lab for a chelation (bond) test, and a separate heavy-metals test. Both reports are printed on the pack.
What is inside
- Magnesium bisglycinate chelate 1,530 mg + magnesium citrate 1,500 mg per 3 tablets (393 mg elemental magnesium)
- L-theanine 600 mg
- Apigenin 75 mg
- Vitamin B6 as P-5-P, 1.9 mg
How to take it
Three tablets with water, 30 to 60 minutes before bed. Start with one tablet for the first few nights if you are new to magnesium, then move to three.
