Distributor Appointment
For established distributors servicing chemist, wellness and fitness retail across a defined district or city.
Your pricing
Your price per jar₹689excl. GST
Your billing price to retail₹765excl. GST
Your margin per jar₹769.9% on billing
At 100 jars your invoice is ₹68,900 plus GST, and you earn ₹7,600 on full sell-through.
All prices are per jar, exclusive of GST. Applicable GST is added on invoice and is available to you as input credit.
Terms
- First order
- 100 jars minimum
- Monthly commitment
- 300 jars to retain appointment and pricing
- Payment
- 50% advance, balance against despatch documents. 15-day credit reviewed after three clean cycles.
- Territory
- District or city, non-exclusive at appointment. Exclusivity granted at a sustained 500 jars per month.
- Delivery
- Free ex-Gurugram, pan-India, on orders of 100 jars and above.
- Price protection
- 30 days' written notice before any revision. Stock in hand protected at the old price.
What we need from you
- GST registration certificate (GSTIN)
- FSSAI licence (wholesale / distribution category)
- Two trade references from brands currently distributed
- Godown address and approximate storage capacity
What you get

- Retailer-facing sales kit: order forms, shelf talkers, sampling jars
- Secondary-sales support — we run local Meta campaigns geo-fenced to your territory
- A named contact at AIM, not a shared inbox
- First refusal on new SKUs launching in your territory
